Rhubarb & Ginger Cocktail Syrup
Our Rhubarb & Ginger syrup is made with ripe rhubarb stalks grown in Limuru and paired with spicy ginger from Tanzania. A classic flavour combination, that doubles as having medicinal properties, is ideal with vodka, gin, or on it’s own as a spritz.

Best as double shot poured over ice, with half a tot of lime, white liquor of choice, topped up with soda water and garnished with rhubarb curls or simply topped up with some sparkling wine.

Refrigerate once opened. Consume within 2 weeks of opening.
